Made a batch of chapati this morning. Added new ingredients: turmeric, cumin, and red pepper flakes. Made smaller ones than before (got 10 instead of 8).
I failed at practicing portion control as I had 3...yes, 3 chapati. I'm still within my calorie goal, but ate more carbs than usual. I knew I was eating too much when I started biting the third one (ate them like tacos). It all was so messy and tasty and I just couldn't stop myself. Usually I can stop myself.
Lesson learned. Must. Not. Forget. Portion. Control.

Went ahead and recorded my new weight. I think that the little gain from a week and a half ago is gone...and then some. I usually record new weights on Monday. Have dialysis Sunday and Tuesday. The clinic staff are off on Thanksgiving day, so we have a revised schedule.
