Flashback Friday!
Got brave and decided to post pics of me anyway.
I have no full body pics at my peak weight.

At the hairdresser's today. Wanted a new look for a new year. This is a photo of the "first cut" made on my hair. Over a foot was chopped off, and now I have a messy pixie cut. I am loving it already. Will post before and after pics of me when I reach goal.
Met calorie goal.
Bike for one hour.
Light stretching, no bands.

Went out to eat today...for the first time since I have been on FS. RM had a gift certificate to Chili's, not my first choice but at least they have calorie counts on the menu. Had a Caesar salad as an appetizer and sirloin/avocado with asparagus as the entree'. Ordered a diet coke and a water, drank about 4 ounces of the diet coke as it just wasn't something I crave. Diet coke is a no-no food anyway, so I gave the rest to RM. Avocado is a high potassium food, but I would guess that at most it was 1/3 of an avocado. Still within my potassium limit. The menu on FS said it came to 50 calories more than the restaurant menu said...I went with the FS version just be sure. Still came in at about 650 calories.
Rode the bike earlier in the day. Jarred my hip somehow this afternoon and did a lot of stretching but didn't do a couple because the hip was sore. Used the band on most.
Met calorie goal.
Bike for one hour!
Stretching for 30 minutes.
*Lunges -50 rep
*Supine Piriformis Stretch/Hip ER -90 seconds each leg
*Hamstring Stretch with Multiloop Strap -90 seconds each leg
*Bridging -50 rep
*Supine Clamshell with band both legs at same time -50 rep
*Supine Clamshell with band one leg at a time -50 rep
*Monster walk with band -only did 20 seconds as I was sore
*Hip Abduction with band -only did 10 reps as I was sore...so I did
*Hip Abduction without band -20 reps on each leg

Happy New Year!
Some resolutions:
*dejunk closets and high kitchen cabinets (and keep out the junk)
*clean out pantry and find a better organization system (already have one, want to improve on it)
*keep a better budget based on pantry organization
*reach riding the bike for one hour and be able to do it at least 5 days a week
*stretch 7 days a week/stretch with resistance bands 4 days a week
Today:
Met calorie goal.
Rode bike for 55 minutes (new record).
Light stretching without bands.

Met calorie goal.
Bike 50 minutes.
Stretching with bands 35 minutes.
Been crazy last few days....shopping and wrapping presents. Was on my feet 4 hours minimum the other day while shopping. (Had to sit a couple of times and driving was also a break)
Haven't had time to check in on many friends on here...will try to catch up with a lot of you in the next couple of days.
At least I hit a new record with my bike! Here's to reaching one hour in 2020!
