It was a nice day here in southeast Texas...65 degrees at noon.
Took Binky-puppy to a doggie park at the edge of our apartment complex. We have told the maintenance crew that the door to the park has a gap at the bottom that is too big and a little doggie could run under it. We have been there several times and every time we have brought a section of lattice to cover up the gap in the door. Binky seemed to have no interest in the area in the past, so today we went there without the lattice. THAT LITTLE ESCAPE ARTIST! She scooted right under the door and ran out into the parking lot. She didn't know how to react. She kept walking away from me. Finally she stopped and I sweet talked her into my arms. I almost had a heart attack. We only stayed for 20 minutes and we won't do that again without the lattice!

Park with Binky-puppy 20 minutes.
Bike for 40 minutes!
Light stretching (no bands) 15 minutes.

Hi friends! Another great day in southeast Texas!
Met calorie goal.
Bike for 35 minutes.
Stretching for 30 minutes.
*Monster walk with band
*Lateral walk with band
*Hip abduction with band
*Hip extension with band
*Bridging
*Supine Clamshell both legs with band
THEN Binky-puppy interrupted and started crawling all over me. SO...
*Supine Clamshell one leg at a time and *Raised Lunges where cut short, but done a little.
Made muffin meatloaves for dinner. Used flaxseed meal instead of breadcrumbs and you can't tell the difference. Paired with roasted green beans. All for about 500 calories.
All warm and snuggly with Binky-puppy.

Yesterday was a strange day...but good. Was at dialysis and then a small party. Had finger foods. I didn't get to get on FS yesterday, but I would estimate that my caloric count for yesterday would be about 2200 to 2400 calories (the most since starting FS).
So….weighing in this morning, I expected a gain. NO! Lost over a pound (what's up with that?) NOT COMPLAINING.
TODAY:
Met calorie goal.
Bike for 32 minutes.
Stretching for 35 minutes.
*Hip abduction with band 50 reps
*Hip extension with band 50 reps
*Lateral walk with band 3 times for 90 seconds each time
*Bridging 50 reps
*Supine clamshell one leg at a time (with band) 50 reps
*Supine clamshell both legs (with band) 50 reps
*Raised lunges 50 reps
I think I'm forgetting something, but that is what I remember.
Played a lot with Binky-puppy and we're cuddling right now as she is finally tired out. Visited with neighbors and gave them Christmas cards.
All in all, a wonderful day.

Met calorie goal.
Light stretching 15.
Slow bike 30 minutes.
The cold weather has made my hip ache! Did some light stretching with no resistance bands today. Mostly hip abduction and hip extension. Lunges were INTENSELY hard today...did a few, but very slowly.
Excited that I rode the bike for 30 minutes. Rode VERY slowly, but I'm proud I lasted 30 minutes! Yee haw!
The bruising from that surgery (1 1/2 weeks ago) is barely visible now. Maybe I'll start modified planking this weekend. (Doctor said to listen to my body and if no pain, it's okay).
