I AM BACK!!!!
1. I am too scared to weigh myself. Because I weigh more than 55kgs.
2. I'm doing a only protein-weight break until tuesday next week

had a protein shake.
in the shake form.
usually i make pancakes (i add an egg and literally cook it)
but today i had a shake: espresso,biogen diet protein powder, water
god. it was nauseating.
I downed it and i feel so heavy and now i have to chug water to make me feel human even though I've already downed nearly 2L of water today.

protein shakes are so gross.
no wonder they make you feel full and you don't want to eat another sodding thing after have one.
my appetite is literally beyond gone. It's been eradicated.
it's not the flavour its the weight of a protein shake. it's like liquid metal.

Day2 of No dairy
12:40pm update: Not enjoying this fake fast (only fasting since 6am this morning) so it's only been 6 hours. not hungry but bored
went to the gym last night with a mad fitness friend and we did body resistance ab stuff for a 30mins.
This was right after my 6km trot so needless to say I was somewhat finished.
I don't eat after working out so when I woke up this morning i felt a tad done for my workout, so i had a protein shake - but since today was meant to be a fast day, that's all I'll have today.
YAH FOR FRIDAYS

Didnt fast on Wednesday.
I was finding it SO hard to concentrate; so by about 1pm I broke it with a salad for lunch and milk in my coffee.
SORRY, WORLD.
But tomorrow is ON!!
FRIDAY FAST DAY WILL HAPPEN!!!
and today is a non-carb day.
Diet is key. new mantra. clean non-crazy ocd diet

Anyone know if running everyday actually does freakin anything for weightlosss????
I think I've hit a plateau.
i'm not sure what to do - I dont actually diet or restrict my eating all that much on my Non-Fast days and I was wondering if anyone has specific things they eat on NON-fast days.
