I forgot to weigh in this morning. I usually don't weigh in on the weekends and just weigh in on Monday. I guess I will weigh in tomorrow. Today is my first day of fall semester at school. Now I have to rearrange my schedule...I always lose weight on breaks from school and then stall once school starts back. I can hope this time will be different.
B - Fiberone w/ FF soy milk and veggie sausages
L - Salad w/ tomato, onion, lf feta crumbles and light dressing
D - ? Not sure...I may just have a bowl of cereal. Depends on how much time I have before I have to head to school.
Workout - 30 mins on treadmill (1.75 mi)

Weight steady. Not bad considering I went out to eat last night with my boyfirend. I had a some tilapia and mixed veggies but I know it was not as healthy as my home cooking. Oh well...this weekend I am hoping to break the 180's. And, my clothes are starting to get loose....YAYAYAYAYAY!!!
Food - B-Fiber One cereal w/ FF soy milk & V8
L-sirloin burger w/ 2 slices of turkey bacon and 1/2 cup of raw broccoli w/ homemade ranch (LF, LCarb, LCal)
D-Parmesan crusted tilapia with zucchini (I LOVE ZUCCHINI)
Workout - 35 mins (2.18 mi @ 0.0 incline)

I cheated a little bit yesterday. My boyfriend had a chicken strip basket from dairy queen (oh so good) and I had 1/2 a chicken tender and about 5 french fries. I was definitley scared to weigh in this morning. I weighed in anyways and I had lost .6 lbs. It makes me wonder if I could have lost a whole 1 lb if I had not cheated. Well, nothing I can do about it now and at least I am still losing...I am definitly obsessed. I want to be in the 180's by next week...it is definitly possible.
My workout is becoming too easy (my body is getting used to it) so I will have to increase the intensity. I am dreading the pain that comes with increasing the intensity until your body gets used to it. Oh well...just one more sacrifice right?
Food: B - Organic whole wheat cereal with FF soy milk
S - Low sodium V8
L - ground sirloin with parmesan zucchini and squash
D - ?? I am going out to eat with my boyfirend. I will try to eat the healthiest thing I can.
Workout - 30 mins on treadmill (1.75 mi with 2.5 incline)

I had a fabulous time at my Michael Buble Concert. He is a fantastic entertainer. I did surprisingly well when I ate out with my friend in Atlanta. We went to an Italian restaurant and I had a side sald with olive oil and lemon and sun dried tomatoes. We shared a small dessert of dark chocolate mousse and strawberries. And I had a glass of wine. I am super proud of myself since there was tons of bad food around.
Today: B - Vashi whole wheat organic cereal w/ FF soy milk (210 cals)
L - ground sirloin patty with raw broccoli and tomatoes w/ homemade ranch
D - Probably steak and baked squash
Workout: 30 mins on treadmill - 1.75 mi at 0 inclie with ligth weight lifting afterwards.
