Day 53: I have decided today is going to be a weight loss day. I am steady at 190.8 (just can't seem to get into the 80's and I am so close) this morning and I did cheat a little yesterday. I had a bite of a croissant and 2 crown and sprite zeros. But at least my weight didn't go up. Food plan today:
B - Faux french toast (275 calories)
L - 1 cucumber marinated in vinegar and water (130 cals)
D - veggie kabobs - (since I am going out to eat, I am going to assume 500 calories)
Total Cals: 905
Exercise - 30 mins on treadmill at a 3.5 incline=1.7 miles (220 cals burned)

Yeah...new low (although only .2 lbs below previous low). My scale hasn't read 190 in a long time. I was up to 193.6 yesterday so I lost almost 3 whole lbs doing a low calorie day. I have to admit that it wasn't that hard. I was just really tired by the time my classes got out at 9:45 last night. I can only hope that my plateau was broken and the weight will start to move again. Fingers crossed.
Day 52 (today):
Weight: 190.8
Food: B - Kashi cereal (130 cals), FF soy milk (50), veggie patty (80)
L - Sirloin Burger (150 cals) & mushroom/onion soup (145 cals)
D - Tuna with cucumbers (250 cals)
Expected calorie total: 805
Workout: 30 min walk (1.5 mi) = 200 cals burned

Losing 1.9 kg a Week

Up 1 lb but I am not going to officially weigh in because it is that TOM for me. I know that has a lot to do with the weight gain. I was hoping it wouldn't do that this time but it is. I don't think it is what I am eating since I am eating healthy. Also, my schedule has changed and that usually makes me gain weight too. It makes me sad b/c I work out so hard and eat so healthy but what can you do?? I have lost 11 lbs (on average w/ the fluctuations) in 2 months and that is a healthy weight loss. I can just get so tired sometimes and it gets me down.
But on an different note...Food:
B - 2 eggs w/ salsa (139 calories)
L/D - 4 oz chicken & zucchini, onion, tomato, and squash mix (290 calories)
Beverage - lots of water and a venti iced brewed coffee with 3 splenda (130 calories)
Total calories for the day: 543 (low calorie day to break the plateau)
Workout: I figured that since I was going to be missing a whole bunch of calories, I probably shouldn't work out.

Up .8 lbs this morning. Kind of strange since I ate really healthy yesterday. I have the 191/2 blues. My weight fluctuates between 191 and 192 and I haven't been able to break 191. I work out for 30 mins every day and due to school and work, I am not sure if I can find time to add any more workout. I eat a healthy amount of protein and vegetables and a few carbs. I haven't been tracking my calories so I may have to go back to that but I still think I am within the 1100-1350 mark. I am not complaining or discouraged because I have lost 11 lbs and I am excited. I just want to break this stall so the weight loss can continue. Any suggestions??
Food: B - Kashi whole grain cereal w/ light soy milk and 2 veggie "sausage" patties (350 calories)
S - V8/Venti Iced Coffee with 3 splenda & no cream (60 calories)
L - Sirloin burger on 12 grain whole wheat bread with dijon mustard (375 calories)
S - V8 (30 calories)
D - Mushroom and onion soup (may add some squash to this) (150 calories)
Total Calories: 965 Calories
Workout - 30 mins on treadmill (2.03 mi) (calories burned = 300)

Gaining 0.5 kg a Week

Weekend war: Like everyone else, I tend to gain some weight back on the weekends. I try to be so strict, but the alcohol tends to be the cause. This weekend, I waged a war on my weight gain and I think I won. I had a very hearty breakfast after my 45 min workouts and then tried to get out of the house to keep from snacking. This seemed to work well. When I got on the scale this morning I was 191.4 and it is TOM for me. I hope that means that when this week is over, I will weigh less. I was hoping to be in the 180's by the end of last week but no such luck for me. I am ok with it though, I am trying as hard as I can and I had some bad days last week.
Goal for this week: I want to weigh 188 by Friday...think it is possible??
Food: B - low sodium v8, 1 cup of kashi whole grain cereal, 2 slices of turkey bacon.
L - Ground sirloin patty and a side salad with onions, tom, and LF sundried tomato vin. dressing
D - 3 Chicken tenders (not breaded) topped with salsa. Side of sauteed onions and tomatoes (it is so good.)
Workout: 30 mins on treadmill (2.07mi)
