Busy weekend. Worked most of the weekend and when I wasn't working, I was cleaning house, cooking for this week, or doing homework. The weekend just flew by. Still not following the diet very well. Luckily, my weight is maintaining at 192 with is only 2 lbs from my lowest. When I have time, I need to incorporate some new exercises but right now I just don't have the energy. That sounds bad.
I am ok with my weight at 192. I want it to be lower but I can't be upset since I am only halfway following the diet. I will do my best everyday this week.
B - fiberone with LF soy milk and turkey bacon
L - Mexican soup
D - tuna and cucumbers

Today is rainy and overcast and that makes me want to just sleep all day. But I have to work and I convinced myself not to miss my workout this morning...Yay me! I haven't weighed in recently b/c I haven't weighed myself in several days and am not sure how I am doing. I need to buckle down this weekend to make sure I don't gain.
B - faux french toast w/ SF syrup
L - salad w/ chopped chicken breast and tomatoes and 1 tblspoon of dressing
D - ?? Working late so I may not eat. Not real sure
S - Pumpkin seeds - anyone know if these are SBD friendly?

Doing okay today. Kind of starting to get aggravated b/c I am stuck at 190/191. I think I have been here for several weeks and it just won't budge. Getting sick and straying from the diet didn't help. At least I stayed at the same weight even though I strayed. The problem I am having is that I stay at 190/191 when I am hard core on the diet and I am at 191/192 when I stray a bit. And straying is so much easier on the schedule. I know I have to put my mind to it to get the weight loss moving again. I may start on phase 1 next week but I am a little low on the cash flow b/c of school books ($400 for 4 books is just ridiculous) and I may not be able to spare enough to shop for groceries. That sounds sad...it is not really. I just have to use some of the phase 2 stuff in the house until I get paid again. Grrrrr.
On a positive note...I couldn't find anything to wear this morning. My wardrobe is limited b/c most of my clothes are too big or too small and I refuse to shop until I lose more weight. So anyways, I pulled out my biggest pair of my skinny pants and - drumroll please - THEY FIT!!! I can wear some of my skinny clothes. I haven't pulled measurements in a while so I thinking about doing it to make me feel better about not losing on the scale.
Food - B: Fiber One with cinnamon and LF soy milk
L: 1/2 of leftover sirloin steak and a handful of pretzels (I know...not SBD friedly but of my options, pretzels are the best)
D: Eating w/ my boyfriends family again...hopefully they aren't having Paprikash (sp?)
No workout yet...I had to be at work at 6:00am and since I got home from school at 11p lst night, I couldn't bring myself to get up at 4a. I think I am going to try and get some in after dinner tonight.

Really busy at work. No change in weight loss but my clothes fit better so I am not really stressing it. I am not as sick as I was...I feel much better. I have added exercise again and am back to following the diet. I may have to go back to phase one for a couple of weeks to stimulate weight loss.
Food:
B - Fiberone with LF soy milk and veggie sausage patty (300 cals)
L - Mexican Soup - a little less than one serving...mmmm so good. (250)
D - 1 cucumber soaked in vinegar (100 cals)
Workout - 30 mins on treadmill at 1.5 incline.

Still sick. Didn't follow the diet this weekend but I didn't each much either. I had sushi on Saturday...went out for the anniversary and steak on sunday. Anything else I ate was pretty much just light snacking. Not sure if my weight is up and I don't want to weigh because I haven't exercised since Thurs. Being sick has really messed me up.
Today: B-Fiberone cereal with LF soy milk
L - salad with turkey burger
D - probably going to be sleeping through this meal.
