Not going to weigh in for about 2 weeks. I am doing a 2 week full body cleanse. Hopefully this will stimulate weight loss. The lady at the herb shop said the one I got is the best. We will see. Wish me luck!

Really discouraged. I lost 7 lbs the first week, I put back on 2 lbs in the second week (while still strictly following the diet) and have not budged since. Grrrrrrr.
I have added exercise and still no change. I am so close to quitting. Oh yeah, I have taken measurements and I actually put on 1/2" on my waist after the second week. Seriously this is ridiculous.
Any suggestions b/c I am going to pull my hair out if something doesn't give.

Missed my workout today. It was storming so bad that I couldn't go walking. Maybe tonight after school.
Menu for today:
B Fiberone with Light Silk and 2 pcs of canadian bacon (130 calories)
S SF Jello (10)
L Turkey and cheese stuffed bell peppers w/ SF Jello (320 Calories)
S Half of a whole wheat pita with hummus (170)
D Turkey and cheese stuffed bell peppers (310 calories)
At least a gallon of water.
Calorie Count: 940 Calories

Ok...I have been exercising in the AM and I find that I am hungrier throughout the day. I don't want to snack and ruin all of my hard work. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to curb the appetite??

Day 2 of phase 2. Also, day 3 of walking for 30ish minutes in the morning. I feel as if I am doing well but I don't think I have lost any weight. We won't know until Sunday. I will keep at the walking every morning.
B Fiber One cereal w/ light soy milk (100 calories)
S Half a piece of whole wheat pita w/ hummus (I know 1 serving of breads a day) (140 calories)
L 8 oz pc of Mahi Mahi with lime juice, garlic, and EVOO, mashed cauliflower (roughly 350 calories)
S SF Jello (10 calories)
D Turkey and Cheese stuffed pepper and salad w/ tomatoes, olives, skim cheese and low sugar dressing. (est 500 calories)
Total est calorie count: 1100 (is this enough??)
Workout: Walked from 5:45a-6:25a, upper arm weight training for 10 mins.
