Greetings my Fantastic Followers!

It is a gray and rainy day! I wanted to take Leo to the dog park but see below how he feels about leaving his kennel!

Yesterday was rest day from exercise which helped my muscles let go of some repair fluids - so Idiot Box was down a couple more pounds... about 17 now.

Who knew being at home all day would actually help me drop weight? I guess I have more control and less temptation when I am not at trainings where they offer snacks!

Goal Calories: For weight loss - 1250 or less (OMAD average 650 or less)

Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle - Tom Venuto

Goals: 2020
* Down on the Idiot Box while rebuilding muscle
* Bodyfat% reading with trainer once weight is down
* Drink at least 12-14 cups of fresh water/fluids daily
* Continue HIIT mixed in with weight lifting four to five days a week
* Keep up the training notebook to achieve progressive overload

Long Range Goals:
*Bodyfat at 27% or less (current 29.38%) in 2020
*Longer range body fat goal is 25% - which at my age is great!
*Maintain 160lbs or less staying under goal weight in 2020
*Increased strength, endurance and flexibility during workout

Happy Weekend my Faithful Followers!

I hope everyone is staying well, and choosing to build your immunity: healthy fruits and vegetables, fresh air and sunshine, and some exercise.

My eating is better on track, and my exercise is consistent. I have been doing shoulder and back work lately.

My dear husband found this stevia sweetened dark chocolate which is good! Lily brand - and they make many flavors. Nice way to avoid extra sugar!

Idiot Box says I am down 15lbs since March 1st. OMAD and low calories have helped. Elliptical and weights, too.

Happy New Week, my Fabulous Followers!

I am glad the weekend is over...food was many more calories than I wanted to consume and exercise did not happen Saturday or Sunday. We did the dogpark both days to get out for fresh air and sunshine.

This is the start of my sixth week working from home and so many of my patients are holding a large amount of emotional material for a variety of reasons.

I am grateful to be available to offer support while also finding ways to use my own mindfulness meditation techniques to remain grounded.

Happy Friday, My Funky Followers,

The sun is shining and the snow is melting off! It will be a good dog park day!

I am consistently exercising and keeping the calories down - and the Idiot Box is still revolving around the same number.

SO happy all of my dumbbells showed up! And I can hold two together to get heavier combinations. Not ideal but it works.
