Happy Weekend, my Favorite Followers!

I am excited to say my elliptical showed up Thursday evening! UPS left the huge and heavy box in the driveway...but I was able to move it and then deadlift it into the house! It weighed 98 pounds...said it right on the box!

The directions for assembly are really complicated though...so my husband and I will work on it together today to put it together. Over 100 pieces!

I am chomping to get some movement going. Because of my hip, I have limited ability to do walking so the elliptical is essential.

Here is a "before" and "after" for your amusement!

Goal Calories: For weight loss - 1200 or less (OMAD average 600 or less)

Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle - Tom Venuto

Goals: 2020
* Down on the Idiot Box while rebuilding muscle
* Bodyfat% reading with trainer once weight is down
* Drink at least 12-14 cups of fresh water/fluids daily

Long Range Goals:
*Bodyfat at 27% or less (current 29.38%) in 2020

Happy Day, my Fantastic Followers!

Well, I got new batteries for one of the Idiot Boxes so I can check my weight on two different instruments now! Totally crazy!

The original one says I have lost 10 pounds since OMAD - the other says 1.2 pounds higher weight...so between the two Idiot Boxes, I have lost about 9 pounds I suppose...whatever, it is all relative.

DOWN is GOOD.

And as I suspected, my Orange Theory Fitness may or may not re-open this weekend. The Minnesota governor just ordered a "Shelter in place" order for two weeks to begin this Friday..so I expect the OTF will stay closed!

Thank Goodness my Amazon elliptical is expected to arrive tomorrow!

Greetings my fiery followers!

I hope everyone is "distancing" from their refrigerator!

It is hard while at home so much, but I am drinking plenty of green tea and water. My Amazon elliptical will show up Thursday so I hope I can quickly figure out assembly.

We have gotten out to the dog park this weekend - my husband walks with him and I sit on the bench since walking too much hurts with my hip issue.

Fortunately, I can see my patients via Telehealth - but my income will still take a hit. I hope everyone out there can work from home and stay employed!

I am mostly sticking to my food plan, and missing my exercise. Orange Theory is expected to reopen March 28th but I am NOT holding my breath!

Instead, I ordered this from AMAZON to arrive March 26th. Elliptical/Strider does not hurt my hip so I am excited!

Good Morning my fellow Warriors!

The Idiot Box is down 8 pounds since I dedicated myself to OMAD with IF of 22/2. It's been more challenging being home. I am using Telemedicine with my patients so that is good for absorbing 6 hours a day.

I miss my exercise and cannot really take walks due to my hip pain - as of now, my surgery is still happening April 27th since the Orthopedic Center has their own stand alone surgical unit.

I am trying body weight exercises and some other ways to elevate the heart rate...but it is not my Orange Theory Fitness!

ADDENDUM: Ha Ha! Amazon has everything! I just ordered a strider/elliptical to be delivered in one week for $200. Well worth it because I can use it now and as rehab after my surgery!
