Greetings Fine Humans:

DAY SIX of Business Trip. Well, I chose to do OMAD today.

At the Indian restaurant, I had Chicken Madras. I split the meal in half, and brought the second half back to the hotel for tomorrow's dinner! It was a perfect restaurant strategy.

People ordered mango lassi and appetizers. I had water, and was easily able to wait for
my meal which was nice protein and basmati rice. There was no alcohol, no dessert.

So, OMAD was a success with a portion controlled dinner. As I said, when I am "on" my program, I do very well. I will work hard to not revisit my "off" switch in the future.
I am trying to teach myself portion control now for the time when I am ready for maintenance.

We hate the struggle but must never give-up or accept excuses!

Happy Friday, my peeps!

DAY FIVE business trip. I am actually shocked how well I am doing with food. As I said before, when I am "on" I can do it. I have maintained the same food choices as if I were home. TOMORROW night is the staff dinner at an Indian Restaurant.

WHAT CAN I ORDER that will not screw me up? ANY IDEAS?

Another long day today, but I feel good about the work. I am teaching other therapists/practitioners how to work with complex trauma so they can go out and help more people in our world.

Greetings beautiful humans,

DAY THREE of business trip and I am easily following the plan for food. Today was a long day again but the students are making steady progress. We have a great teaching team.

Tomorrow will be even a little longer day...I have not yet made it to the hotel gym and may not really be able to manage it. I am tired at day's end and am focused on settling myself and getting ready for my part of the next days lesson and then to bed at a reasonable time.

I am amazed that I seem to have no cravings at all and am just plain eating less.

Greetings Warriors:

Day Two of business trip food plan going well. I am eating exactly as I would at home. I am so glad I got the hotel suite with the fridge, burners, microwave, etc.

I got my Healthy Choice Low Carb bowls which I actually like a lot. Premier Protein with fruit blended to a smoothy, and eggs round out the day.

There are dumbbells and stuff in the gym here though I do not feel called yet. We work nine hour days. It will be 100 degrees tomorrow and they are predicting 103 degrees Thursday!
