Greetings my Fabulous FS followers!

Although the Idiot Box appears completely stuck on stupid, I am doing very well the past two weeks.

Food, macros and calories are on target but I am stuck since I am dysregulated with my thyroid medications. I am trying to establish care with a new physician here and they will not see me until my Minneapolis endocrinologist sends records. I am running out of one of my T3 prescriptions...

I am working out regularly doing a variety of exercise options: Barre class which is really challenging since it's about balance, (hard since my two hip surgeries) flexibility and core strength; HIIT class, Step class, Lifting barbell class, TRX class, etc.

In case you didn't know, you can click on your food diary and download it as a PDF document. I send my food diary every night to my fitness trainer, which is HUGE accountability. I also meet with her to complete weight training routines I can use if I do not want to do a group class.

SO - trying hard to stay with a health lifestyle and keep my body moving!

* Bodyfat% reading with trainer once weight is down
* Drink at least 10 cups of fresh water/fluids daily
* Continue HIIT mixed in with weight lifting three to five days a week
* Keep up the training notebook to achieve progressive overload

Greetings My Favorite Fat Secret folks!

Things are humming along here in SC. I am already working too much, and going to my new gym regularly...so back in the usual groove. But taking time for the beach! The Picture is my Beach Dress blowing in the wind making me look bigger than I really am!

I am getting my motivation back and following my food plan well. I am so happy to be challenged at my gym...it is pushing me to make progress!

Greetings, my fantastic followers!

After reading a few journal entries today, the common theme that came to me is accountability which means "an obligation or willingness to accept responsibility or to account for one's actions."

For the most part, we need accountability to ourselves, someone, something, or even this FS community to help stay with it during the hard times.

Who or what are you accountable to that helps you stay on track? Share your inspiration!

WOO-HOO, my Fantastic FS Peeps!

The Whirlwind has finally slowed down! We went through the preparation. selling and closing of our Minneapolis home; then the move and the preparation, buying, and closing on our Myrtle Beach, SC home!

I stayed on the workout track - only missed about one week during the driving down from MN to SC. I tried the Orange Theory Fitness here and just did not like the coaches or the vibe...so I joined a NEW gym!

The NEW gym is fabulous! I have a personal trainer coaching me with barbell work - which I have wanted to do. The club also has incredibly challenging classes with many cool options: Yoga, Barre, Lifting class, HIIT, Pilates, Spin, TRX class (50 minutes - a killer), kickboxing, step class, and other Boot camp type classes, too. Lots of planks and push-ups mixed in with jump rope, weights and other stuff that ALL KICK MY BUTT!

Trainer thinks I should eat more calories, so I am logging again and trying for about 1400 a day - pushing the macros back to what was best working earlier. 40% protein, 30-35% carbs and the rest healthy fats.

Let's GO - burn that fat!
