Didn't get to write in my journal yesterday, but I had a great weigh in. I lost 2.5 pounds! Yeah for me! That was nice after a long stretch of 1 pound losses. I think I figured out some of my problem was. I usually NEVER go over my RDI, but for some reason this past week, I went over almost everyday, and then ended up losing more weight! So I upped my RDI for this week. Also had a very nice lady send me a message and pretty much confirmed that I needed to up my RDI. She also broke down some percentages for me to try to stay within. I am going to try all my new advice for a few weeks and hopefully continue to see a weight loss. I am feeling great lately. I think I forgot to post in my journal last week that I have had to put my wedding rings on a necklace! They no longer fit on any of my fingers! I can not wait to get to goal and have my rings resized! It is also really nice to see the girls starting to make healthy choices over unhealthy choices! They are really loving all the extra fruit in the house. Bananas don't last at all!! Saturdays are always good because Nick and I get to go to the gym together!!

Good day today. Walked on the treadmill for an hour on an incline of 10.0 and speed of 2.8 - 3.0. It was a nice long endurance building workout. I also worked out my upper body with weights. Tomorrow is my big cardio day and I will do day 1 of week 6 on the C25K program. Tomorrow is also my WI day.....hoping for a good loss. I have managed to stay strong and not look at the scale all week!

Today I completed Week 5 Day 3 of Couch to 5k. I am so proud of myself. In 5 weeks I have gone from not being able to run 60 seconds at one time to running 20 minutes straight! Four more weeks of the program and I will be able to run a 5k!!

Today at the gym I walked on the Treadmill for about an hour and 10 minutes. I walked at a 3.0 on a 8.5 incline for most of the hour, well, all except the warm up and cool down. Today was also lower body weight day. Didn't spend too much time on the weights and did a couple of core exercises. Also spent about an hour outside with the girls. We walked around the block 3 times....wow! So much different than last year. Last summer I sat my big booty in my lawn chair while they played, this year I am hoping I will have all the energy they have and be able to play with them!!
