Well I worked out at the gym twice today. I forgot that today was Membership Appreciation Day and went this morning to work out. Well all the 'festivities' were tonight AND they were giving away a flat screen TV! I wanted to win the TV! So I went back tonight and thought instead of just standing around, I should just get on the bike and ride it for awhile. I haven't been on the bike in awhile and it seemed so easy!! It was a good feeling! SO....I didn't win the TV, BUT...I did win a 30 minute massage!!! I was SOOO happy!!! It was a nice little something, I am at that place every single day so it was nice to win something!!
LOL, at the gym they had food! AND chocolate chip cookies!! Of course I had one, I was at the gym and they were giving them out...lol they must have been healthy, right!? Oh well, I did workout twice today!

I went to bed last night with a good mind set that I was going to 'just run' today. I woke up in the same kind of spirit! I focused on having a good long run. Got to them gym all pumped and ready to run (well jog)! I covered the numbers on the treadmill and just ran! I am so proud of myself today! I ran for 40 minutes straight! No stops, no walking, just plain jogging for 40 minutes! I can't believe it! The longest I have ever gone before is 30 minutes. So this was a big step up! I have finished my C25K, so now I am just trying to go as long as I can! And to think 2 months ago, I was SUPER excited about being able to run 3 minutes straight! WOOHOO! I have come so far! The very first day of running, I barely made it through 60 seconds! Now here I am 32, never ran before and now for the past 2 months I have been running 3 days per week! I really think the running is helping in my weight loss. I am sure I am that "chubby running girl" at the gym....but not for long!!! lol!! I would rather be that chubby running girl than that fat couch potato that I was just 2 months ago!!
My new goal is to lose 15 pounds by July 1st. I think that is attainable? right? I really haven't been worried about losing a set amount of weight in a set amount of time, I really don't care how or when it comes off as long as it come off!! BUT, now we have decided to take a vacation to North Carolina over 4th of July!!! So....now I have something to keep me motivated and something to work for. But, if i don't lose 15 pounds by then, well, then it will be ok! I am sure I will lose something between now and then and every little bit helps and make me feel so good. I have energy like none I have ever had before. I spent 3 hours doing yard work yesterday....I don't think I spent 3 hours of work during the whole last spring and summer combined!

Today I had to buy new panties and a new bra! Nick has been telling me for the past couple of weeks that I needed some underwear that FIT!! SO, what I found was, in the past 2 months, I have gone from a D cup to a B cup!!! WHOA!! My boobs look really good in my new bra!!! And my new panties fit right, no saggy bottoms anymore! Feels so good to HAVE to buy smaller things! Can't wait till I have to buy the next size down, but not sure I want my boobs to shrink anymore!
