So I ordered some "goal shorts" before I started this workout challenge I've been doing- I was in a 16-18 about this time last year, and the shorts I ordered were a 12. I ordered them knowing I would have to work at it if I wanted to wear them this summer. They got here today. I put them on to see what I was working with- they fit. I got them done up without struggle (lol) so now my "side goal" with them is too have them look for flattering on my "saddle bags" lol. I'm so happy!

Red arrow for me today.
I ate great yesterday and my ketone testing strips are getting darker. I walked nearly 7.5 miles at work last night on top of my morning workout. I'm not going to get discouraged. I'm going to enjoy my day off hanging out with my little girl, even if we watch Boss Baby allllll day long.

Got my new scale! My old scale was saying 224.6 and my new one says 223.6..... changed the batteries AGAIN and got on just to see, and it agreed with my new scale on the 223.6.
I'm letting my two year old have it for when she gives her animals checkups. She's stoked.
