Well I started a new job almost two mlm months ago. I am a baker. The job is ofcourse is in the night hours. My schedule is wired. I look at it like wow I get paid to go to the gym. it is very physical for me as I have always worked a desk job. I love it the stamina I have now has increased greatly. I am working into a size 16 from a 20. Sixteen pounds off made a huge difference. The walking triggered my metabolism and strengthened my body. It's not enough and I have to add more to the work out so I bought small weights 3lbs to carry while walking. My knees and legs are very week so running is out of the question and I can't get up and down very easy s ok exercising is a struggle. Baby steps. I would have really like to add swimming or pool exercise so K wish the gym or community pools were open. That day will come. I am researching and looking into bodh wraps. Well keep up ty he great work community stay safe 😊🙏🏼🌴
