I'm definitely maintaining and I finally dropped a pound. Working the late shift I my gym workout with all the lifting, pushing and moving. However it is not enough. It is slow process. I have a muscle starting from icing donuts so I try to use my other arm for most everything else at work. I am go iij ng to start training myself left handed to icing the donuts s ok m ugh muscle tone ccx an be the same. I haven't been walking it is super hot with heated index well over the 100s and extremely hig hmmm humidity. Well everyone stay safe 🌺

Went out family day, missed everyone so much. Waterpark steps are not correctly counted was wet all day. Beautiful sunny weather in SW Florida
