Started my new journey with my love Robert. We have settled in and both have been working new jobs for a few months now. Approaching our first anniversary.
With the pandemic 2020 things have really changed. Most every thing is closed and we are social distancing.
Work is physical and I plan on walking every day and have been.
1st goal 5,000 to 6,000 steps a day.
2nd goal 5miles a day.
More water and stretching
Strengthen and tighten up: Requires squats, planks, core and small weights.
Drink a gallon of water a day. Fast weekly. Low to No sugar
* First goal 220 lbs. & to strengthen my endurance and will power to disciple myself with better choices and walking more.
* Second goal 199 lbs. & to increase my exercising with more activities in my life. Be it working out or doing more active things.
* Third goal to maintain the weight off and live enjoying healthy choices
