Thank you to all who gave me feedback over the last week. It helped to get me out of my slump. I finally had a really nice workout this morning. I almost took a nap after breakfast but instead, I did flow yoga and feel so much better. I'm heading to the farmer's market to get all my fruits and veggies for the week. I think it's time I started getting more creative with salad!

I did so poorly over the past week. I'm in a slump and need to pull out of it. I'm thinking of changing up my exercise routine so I have something new to look forward to in the morning. This is a temporary setback, not a permanent gain.

Sorry I haven't checked in for awhile. Been away for work and just getting back into the groove of things. While I was away, I was really good on my diet but I know I wasn't eating enough since I didn't have a lot of time to eat. I ate enough to get rid of any hunger. When I got home, I weighed myself and gained a pound. I thought I would actually lose weight! Maybe I wasn't consuming enough calories since I stuck with my exercise routine. This really upset me over the weekend since I've been on a roll for the last couple of weeks. I binged over the weekend to increase my weight gain. I'll record where I'm at tomorrow which I'm not thrilled with and it's put me into a crestfallen state.
I guess I can turn it back around to know that I can lose the weight again...it's just a matter of knowing that setbacks happen and it shouldn't mean giving up.

Just got back from lunch with office mates. We had Mexican food which doesn't quite fit with my diet. I definitely overate. In the past few days, my diet has been out of whack to resemble my schedule. I will be on business travel for the next two weeks and hope that I'll be able to stay on top of it. I got a hotel room with a kitchen so I plan to continue eating plenty of salads and cooked veggies.

Slept in a little bit today since I didn't have to get up at my usual time. I was still able to get in a 45 min yoga workout so I feel good about that. I do feel a little edge since my TOM came today. I don't feel pain or cramping but just feel a little uneasy. Maybe this is why I ate an entire pint of non-dairy ice cream last night. I'll have to make up for that in the coming days before weigh-in!
