2 ingredient pancakes. Banana and eggs. Added some berries and fat free cool whip I really enjoyed it. Also a half of omlet with spinach and arugula, mushrooms and onions. Playing around with breakfast ideas so I can at least have breakfast once a week

Got a whole lot of reality yesterday at the doctor office. The great news is that at my weight I don't have any signs of high blood pressure l, cholesterol, diabetes or etc. I gotta meet with a nutritionist next week. I'm pescatarian and hoping to get some good advice.

Went to the gym last night. Had so many obstacles and reasons why I kept telling myself I should skip going. My daughter was sick, but I still went about 8:30pm. Honestly, it felt good to stick to a goal and do something for myself. I'm holding myself accountable this time around. Its like you know what to do and how to do it but u just don't do it!!!! Well I'm changing my narrative!!

It's crazy that as people we know what to do and how to do it. But struggle with JUST DOING IT!!! Its only been 24 hrs and the bloating is gone, plus 2lbs down. 2 cracked ankles and a bad knee can't be my excuse why I self sabotage. Today my goal is to go to the gym for at least 1hr and 30 mins. Small daily goals will help me stay accountable.
