Well, daughter is feeling better today. I however am still in quite a bit of pain with my female issues. I was able to get an appt. with the gyno for Thurs. am. I really hope that he can take care of this problem.
I am worried that I have not been doing my excercise that I had been. I did manage to get on the treadmill for a 1/2 hour last night. I am afraid to get on the scale in the am. Yikes!!! I certainy can't go to Curves feeling the way that I do.
I will have to be very concientous on the nutrition front while I am limited on excercise.

Well, I woke up at 3:00am with pain from my female issue that I have been dealing with. I did manage to lay back down for a bit and doze off. I got my son off to school and my daughter got up this am and she is still not feeling well. (stomach flu) She is sleeping in the chair as of now.
I did eat my bowl of cereal and I am hoping to at least walk on the treadmill today. I have not felt up to excercise for 3 days now!!! That scares me a bit. I don't want to get out of my routine. I am going to have a much trickier time getting to Curves these days with the kids off school now. I am hoping a walk on the treadmill won't be too painful for me.
I am hoping to get into the Dr. ASAP. I just want to get back to normal again.

Well it's been a long week. I have been ripping out Linoleum out of my kitchen and that goes along with the tedious job of removing the backing. If anyone has ever had to do this they will understand. What a job! We got the new floor down and I LOVE it!!! I had nasty white linoleum that looked dirty all the time and now I have a new material down that looks like wood!!
Unfortunately after the late night we ended up eating at Dairy Queen for supper! OOPS!!
Then, without getting into too much description, I thought I was getting a UTI or a yeast infection and there was a lump involved that was painful. I ended up in the ER last night with hubby and am now on a heavy duty antibiotic and the Dr. wasn't sure what exactly it was. She wanted my back in if it got worse and I need to see the gyno this week. UGGG!!! I have NEVER had any issues like that so it was scary!!
We have a picnic today of course and I am trying to come up with some WW friendly items to take. Thankfully there are others in my family that bring WW friendly dishes too. That sure helps.

Oh Man!!!! I lost my downward momentum... up a pound this morning. It does look better that it did when I jumped on a couple of days ago.
I need to concentrate on this in the week to come. I will work on the points this week!!!
I was tempted not to record a weigh in today. I took a big girl pill and decided I needed to be upfront with myself and promise to do better with the week ahead.

Well I started off the day with a Curves bar. (1 point) Then I went up to my son's school to help with the Memorial Day Assembly. We had donuts for the veterans. I ate one. The good news is that I was so busy with PTA stuff that I had no time for lunch. I couldn't afford it anyways after the donut. So after school I took the kids to Kings for dinner and I had a very nice grilled chicken salad with strawberries and a scant amount of vinagrette dressing. I didn't even use a tablespoon. I am going to walk this evening on the treadmill. Well that is my day in a nutshell. I hope I didn't do too much damage this past week for weight in tomorrow.
