Yeah!! I got to Curves this morning. Hubby is off today and in order to conserve on gas, he dropped me off and had to take my son in to Drs. for a sore throat and then both kids had to get blood drawn. My daughter is usually hysterical for shots. So he had his turn this morning for the excitement. I guess he said it went ok. Then we went and got the rest of the items my son needed for church camp this coming week.
It always feels good to get the exercise in before the morning is over. I know we talk about this all the time. It gets you revved up for the day.
We did go to a breakfast buffet in am. I didn't go too crazy and I will forgo lunch also.

Yeah!!! I am so happy, Aunt Flo hasn't even left yet and I still am down a pound!!!
I got on the treadmill already this morning. I have to go to work in the Orthodontic office today so I got up early and got that out of the way!
I am packing my lunch so that I stay on track.

I finally got an rx from the dr. yesterday for the poison ivy. I am not thrilled that it is a steroid, but I have to get rid of this. He said that would work best due to the amount of it that I have. I also had him give me the cream too in case of it cropping up again in the future.
I got a walk on the treadmill in early yesterday and my day seemed to go better. I really need to concentrate on that. It really gives you a jump start for the day.
I was well within points yesterday also and went out in the evening for some groceries to get me stocked up. I even had a nice cocktail in the evening when I got home. It was one of bullytrouble's recipes.

Well, I still got this poison ivy!!! I'm sick of it!!! Going to the Dr. tomorrow and hopefully he can give me an rx.
I was able to get on the treadmill tonight. I was seriously procrastinating on that front today!! It was a weird day for me. I just couldn't get it together today. It was a terribly non productive day. Just Blahhh!

Well, I got back with the kids last night. I had taken them camping at my best friends permanent site on Lake Erie. I wish I could maneuver our fifth wheel camper, but I wouldn't think of it!!! So we got to spend some time at here beautiful campground. We spent too much time in the sun. I have poison ivy that had cropped up earlier in the week after my landscaping escapade!!!! I am taking a couple of benedryl and going to bed. It's all over my face!!! I have been on line looking for any remedies. I have tried everything from finger nail polish remover to Lysol to rubbing alcohol. I think my face is going to look like a prune when it's all over!!!
I tried to make a bunch of stuff and take it with us camping. So I don't think I did bad on the nutritional front. As far as excercise goes, I didn't. Oh yea and I drank quite a bit too. Soooo I guess I didn't do that great!
I will get back into the swing tomorrow. Excercise included.
I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend.
