It has been a busy day today. Lot's of running around. Had lunch with my Mother-in-law and I had a delish salad with mandarine oranges and roasted walnuts on it with a tangerine vinegrette. Yummo! I notice that I actually prefer a salad now with just a scant of dressing. Will wonders never cease??? Got to my Curves in the am before most of the running. Hope to see a loss in the am for weigh in day. Hope to get the grass mowed tomorrow. It may rain...

Had a delicious supper tonight of chicken kabobs with lots of mushrooms peppers and onions grilled. That is one of my favorite suppers when it gets warmer!! Yummy! I have a little side of rice and use low sodium soy sauce for a little added flavor. I also baste the kabobs in a light italian dressing before placing them on the grill. I just load my kabobs up with veggies and go light on the meat.
I am actually way under my points tonight and I just enjoyed a skinny cow ice cream sandwich.
I did not get excercise in today. I will be heading to Curves in the am.

I am procrastinating big time about getting on the treadmill. I am limited to that today because hubby is working and the kids are home. I would love to go bike riding, but they have not gotten their tune ups for the season yet. I really enjoy bike riding with the family. That's a great to get my excercise in.
I am well within my points for the day. I will get on the treadmill tonight. I will wait for the kids to come in from outsider and I WILL do it!!
When I went to Curves yesterday I was weighed and measured. I lost 5.5 inches for the month. I was down 3.5 lbs and I was happy with that. Hope everyone is having a great day!!

Down 1 pound today! I'll take it. I wasn't exactly good a couple of days this past week. This week will be better. Aunt Flo left town this week and I vow to drink my water and make better food choices. I have to go bake cookies today for a catering job that we have and then up to the school tonight to set up a chinese auction. I don't know when I will fit in the treadmill. It may be later tonight. I will get all of my water in today!!
I have also started to take a multivitamin. I should have been doing that all along, but I can't stand taking big pills. I have restless legs every so often and my physician told me that for women who get that often it is an iron deficiency. He suggested the multivitamin before trying a prescription. Don't know if there is anyone out there with that problem, but it is very annoying if you do.
