The plans changed last night. My cousin had to have tests done today and she could only have clear liquids. Our pizza dinner has been delayed until tonight. I had to throw some homemade meatballs in and we had whole wheat pasta and meatballs for dinner last night. I was a couple of points over. Not too bad.
Today, I will do the same plan and keep points low for pizza tonight. I will get on the treadmill this morning to get that out of the way.

Well, I have family coming in tonight and we are going to a pizza place for dinner. I am trying to save up points for that. I had a light lunch. I will get a tossed salad and limit myself to two pieces of pizza.
I am going to head up to the treadmill now and get that out of the way so there are no excuses later for not getting on.
I have to prepare myself for another vacation not this weekend, but the next and I will be gone for a week and a half this time. The good news is we are going in the camper again and I can take my own safe foods. I want ot come up with some new recipes to keep it exciting. I will of course have to have my beverages too. LOL
Well I am heading up to the treadmill.

We got back from our camping trip today. I am back to recording again. I did manage to get some exercise in while I was away. Yesterday we did a hike at the park. My food wasn't horrible, it could have certainly been worse. I took my FF hot dogs and my light breads and cereals. There was the occaisional smore and marshmallow of course,but like I said, it could have been worse.
It was a nice family weekend with swimming and bike riding and hiking. Always glad to be home to though in the end.

Well, I am journaling this evening by the side of the campfire. I am going to roast my FF franks over the open coals tonight! Yummo!! We just came back from swimming and may go for a short bike ride after dinner. We are in a very nice campground about a 1/2 hour away from home. Hey, I'm happy, we're away from home and housework. Hehehe.
On the nutrition, I had some oatmeal for breakfast. For lunch it was another story. Hubby wanted to go to a BBQ place for lunch. I had a few bites of ribs and then opted to steal a chicken breast from hubby. I had some halushki and these bbq potatoes and baked beans. I guess it could have been worse and dinner will be safe, only 4 points. I did make a cobbler with the remaining black raspberries before we left and we will have that for dessert tonigh. Of course I will have to try a bit of that. Overall I have packed safe foods for me and other than the cobbler and some possible smores, I think I will be ok. I am going to try to offset those with some bikeriding and swimming.
We are just enjoying the time together as a family and we will be staying thru Monday.

It is so hard to type in a gain on weigh in day!! I should have known with all of the picnics and so forth. I feel that it was a good week though. I think it could have been allot worse. I was hoping to get into 140s, but not this week. Thanks for all your support, I don't know where I'd be without it. You guys are the best!!
I have to take Dad to the Drs. today and I plan on getting the treadmill out of the way prior to that.
I will probably have grass mowing on my agenda today also. Still have to get the camper packed the rest of the way. I did make some progress on that last evening.
