Well, happy to say the first day of the yard sale went well. We had a steady flow of customers today. I did not get the exercise in this morning prior to the yard sale. I just couldn't get moving that early this morning. I had alot to gather and get out the door in a timely fashion. I did however, do my walking video tonight at about 8:30 and then went to the basement and work on another machine that I got from my mom's friend for 10 minutes. It seems like it will be good for abs and arms and legs. I really need the ab work!!!
On the food front I didn't do too bad. I did have a bit of a craving tonight for peanut butter & chocolate???!!?? I indulged with a spoonful of peanut butter & a piece of Hershey bar. I also tried a recipe I got on allrecipe.com for a quick homemade ice cream. I just dumped some frozen blueberries, blackberries and red raspberries in the blender with some fat free 1/2 & 1/2 and some splenda and blended it and it was instant ice cream!!! I am going to experiment a bit with it. I have not figured out what the points are yet. I was going to enter it in here and see what it comes out to. Yummo!!
Well I want to get to bed soon. I have another yard sale day tomorrow. I don't know again if I will work out in the am or pm. We'll see how sleepy I am in the am.

Well, I stayed the same this week. I'll take it being that I was on vacation this past week. I am back into my exercise routine. I need to work on my points a bit. I'm not bad, but the yard sale prep is throwing me off a bit. Yesterday, I wasn't in control of my foods too much due to poor planning. Today I work in the othodontic office and I am taking soup with me and maybe some cantaloupe.
I have gotten my exercise out of the way this morning. I woke up early and did my walking video.

I have returned from my Girls weekend with my mom and her friend and daugter. We had a great time in Lanaster, PA. The food was less than healthy. Lots of homemade down home food. I am ready to get back on track today! I know I will have to fix the damage I've done. I don't even want to get on the scale just yet. Aunt Flo came on vacation with me also so you know that has to be bad.
I did not get up and exercise today. I had to take dad to the Dr. this morning and it just didn't get done. That's not to say that I won't be getting that in this evening.
I did try to get my water in everyday on vacay. Hopefully all the walking and water helped me out.
I missed everyone while I was away and I will be catching up on all of the journals today. I also have to get ready for our yard sale that will be this Friday and Saturday.

Well I got my exercise in early yesterday before Hubby and I took the kids to the dentist for a cleaning. We had lunch out and i didn't eat breakfast. It was not a good day. I didn't eat regular meals.
I did get my water in yesterday and I am planning on getting all my water in while I'm gone. That should be easy to do. I will be doing a bunch of walking. My only concern is all of my meals out. I will try to make good choices.
I'm bumbed out, because I think Aunt Flo is coming along. I really didn't have enought room for her.
I am recording a 1 pound gain this morning. Not too bad after a week away. It's been 2 weeks since my last weigh in.

Well, my first vacation is over. It ended a day early. I walked back from the pool yesterday about 3:00 and I was changing my clothes and getting ready to do some grilling with our friends. My hubby was outside and I hear him talking to one of the staff members of the campground and they were discussing when we were leaving and hubby said we're here till Monday. He radioed to the office and they said we were to leave on the 3rd. OOPS!!! We had every intention on leaving on Monday. My husband is sure that's what he made them for, but it seems that they put the reservations in for Sunday! I had to run up in the truck to my friends camper and ask them to come down and help us pack it up in a hurry. What a mess. By the time I got back Hubby had been tossing stuff in haphazardly in a rush. I can't fault him, the people were waiting to pull into the site right behind us!!! Anyhoo, it wasn't worth trying to move to another site after tearing everything down.
It seemed to work out in the end. I am supposed to leave Wednesday to go away with Mom till Sunday to Lancaster. I pulled all the laundry out and started that. I have alot of clean up in the camper to do. Nothing really got put back in the right places on our quick departure.
I just want to say that I am so ready to be back on track. Hubby is off until Thursday this week and I have 3 days now that I can get back to Curves before leaving again. I plan on drinking my water for the challenge and keeping up with that while I'm gone too.
I love vacation, but it always feels good to come home too. I really find it important to get back into my routine now that I have been making healthy choices.
