I have exercise out of the way already today. I did my walking video. I will try to get some house work done this morning and I have to take Dad to the Drs. this afternoon.
Not sure what to have for dinner tonight. I might look around on here and see if something jumps out at me.

Well we didn't go to church today. I opted to stay home due to my daughters itchy poison ivy. She is just miserable. Hopefully these meds work soon.
I started to mow grass and got half of it done before it started to rain. Oh well. Then I came in and did the 2 mile walking video. I am just loving it so far.
I have done well so far this month. I have only missed two days of exercise!! Yeah!! I love my little sticker system. I can see how bad or well I am doing with a glance at the calendar and it is a real motivator.
Well I think I will have some of my zucchini casserole and a leftover chicken breast for supper and find something for my family.

Today I had to take the kids in to the Drs. office. They both have poison ivy and I want to get rid of that before vacation next weekend. After that I took them out for breakfast to a buffet. I think I did well, that held me over for a long time. I didn't have much lunch just some melon.
I did take them out this afternoon and we watched some tractor races across the road and over the hill. We are having our community days and there are all sorts of activities going on. When that was over I came home and did my walking video. So not a bad day. I have some chicken breasts out and I'm not sure what I am going to do with them. Something in the oven because we are out of gas for the grill and hubby is at work today.

I just got my exercise out of the way for today! Yeah!!! My SIL gave me a couple of walking videos, on is two mile and one is 3 mile. They are wonderful! I did the 2 mile this morning and it was 1/2 hour long. That what I try to do everyday is 1/2 hour of something. It really worked up a sweat and you didn't need alot of room for it. It was easy for me the uncoordinated one, but I still felt the burn in my butt and legs. I thought is was a good workout. It went quick for me too. When I get on the treadmill it seems to take forever for 1/2 hour even when I'm watching tv.
I will be doing more walking this afternoon. I am meeting a couple of friends at a flea market.

Not into the 140's yet.
Well last night I think I did very well at the pizza place. I got a thin crust personal size pizza. It was the size of my outstretched hand and I had a tossed salad with blue cheese dressing on the side and dipped my fork. I don't think that was bad at all and recorded everything when I came home. However, tonight we are invited over to my MILs for here homemade pizza. (NOT LOWFAT WHAT SO EVER) I'm not sure how to handle this. I will have to be very low on points today.
I don't know when I will be getting exercise in. Maybe at lunch today, as I have to work at the dental office.
