I did not stick to the diet today. I did not eat anything bad just not within the plan. I am thinking about trying the original fat smash until I reach the 220s, then switch back to the extreme. I went to the track and walk/ran two miles. When i got home I rode my stationary bike for an hour and the elliptical for 30 minutes. My throat feels kind of scratchy , so I might be comming down with something. I have been taking vitamin c for the past four weeks in hopes of not getting sick. I am constantly around little ones when I volunteer, I constantly wash my hands, and keep sanitizer with me at all times. I am going to still work out even if I don't feel like it. I may try to go to the sauna and sweat out some toxins.

Hi all,
I am doing well today, except for the fact I did not eat enough early in the day. I ended up eating some popcorn, a piece if turkey in a low fat wrap. For dinner I ate 2 bowls of turkey chilli(about 2 1/2 cups total. I just finished eating the chilli and I feel stuffed. I don't feel bad for eating the chilli. I just feel like I could have eaten less of it and still be satisfied. I am going to ride my bike for an hour while I watch Heroes. I am also going to adhere strictly to the fat smash starting tomorrow.

I had an overall good day today. I ate well and took a brisk walk around the neighborhood for exercise instead of going to the gym. Just wanted to check in. I will chat with you all later.

"Slow and steady wins the race." I had a very long boring Saturday. It started out well. I volunteered at the tutorial program today, went to Wal-Mart, then home. I live in a very remote area which is good and bad. There are no fast food restaurants for about 15 miles and the closest store is about five miles up the road and very expensive. I think I am being so successful on my diet because there is little or no temptation out here. Back to my trip to Wal-Mart, I purchased a popcorn popper that goes in the microwave. I do not like the bagged microwave popcorn. I like this method of making popcorn better because I can control how I make it. It is the Orville Reddenbacher microwave popper and it cost about 14 dollars. On the extreme fat smash I can have three cups of air popped corn without butter for a snack. I have yet to exercise today. Instead of working out when I got home I took a nap. I am going to go ride my stationary bike for 45 minutes and do 20 minutes of a work out video. My husband fell asleep after my nap, so I guess napping is contagious, but I don't think he is going to wake up until tomorrow. I think I may go to the gym after church. I really enjoyed the sauna. A lady at the gym reccommended going into the hot tub, but I don't think so. Okay, enough of my boring day I'm going to end it with a bang and go exercise.

I have had a busy day! I managed to eat well and exercise. I went to the gym, and I must say I prefer working out at home. I really enjoyed the sauna. I will probably work out at home and then go take a sauna afterward. I did confirm my weight loss on the scale at the gym.(They have a digital one.) If I stay with my goal I will be in the 220s in no time. It has been so long since I've been there. I am taking a photo and recording my weight wearing the same workout clothes an I really see a difference in the mway I look. It is hard for me to judge by looking in the mirror only.
