Still doing good on SB. I think I have figured out my eating schedule based on my work and school schedule. What sux is that my schedule will change in a couple of weeks b/c of school. I will figure it out though. I am going to start working out next semester at school. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on the best way to motivate yourself to go to the gym when you are so busy?? I know it is something a person just has to decide. I love to work out but I am always so tired either in the AM (I would have to get up at 5a) or in the PM (I would have to workout b/t work and class). I know the best one is the latter PM. Any suggestions for motivation??

Yay!! Down to 195. Every little pound counts. I did pretty good this weekend. I had a half of a margarita when I went out on Friday. I know it is forbidden but I was out and I couldn't help myself. On Sat, we had a cookout with by best friend and her hubby and kid. It was fun but it was so hard not to eat the french fries. French fries are a huge weakness for me...those and chips and salsa. I have learned to have salsa on veggies and chicken and that helps me get my fix but there is no sub for FF. Next week when I am in phase 2 I can have sweet potato baked fries. That will have to work. I survived the weekend and still lost weight.

Day 5 of SBD: I am feeling much better now. The first couple of days on a diet are always hardest b/c my body is fighting it. The real problem is that I am going out with some friends tonight...and I can't drink. :( This is the real test...can I go out to the clubs and still stay sober and healthy?? I guess I'll know tomorrow. I don't want all my hard work to go down the drain on day 5...that would be stupid. My school schedule and work schedule are taking a toll on my eating schedule. I eat lunch around 1p but I don't get home from school until 8p and that is so late to eat. But if I bring food to eat at school, I just eat some more when I get home b/c my boyfriend wants to have dinner together. We are going to have to break this habit. I am thinking either we have dessert together or we can spend time together cooking for the next days meals...I don't know. Any suggestions on how to eat properly when you leave the house at 7:30 and don't get home until 8 or 8:30?

I hate scales...I am down 2 lbs in 4 days. I guess this is not so bad. I want to be skinny and I want it now. I am such a brat.
Meal Plan for 7/12/07: Vegetable Quiche (3), roma tomato (4 slices) with skim cheese cubes(4), grilled chicken salad with feta cheese & tomatoes & balsamic vin., 20 pistachios, same salad for dinner, sugar free jello or ricotta cheese w/ splenda for dessert.
