212.8 lbs. Went out to eat 3 times this week, so that slowed my weight loss. No dinners out planned this week except date night so hoping for better numbers next Saturday.

Tonight's dinner - a low carb chicken fajita, on a Napa cabbage leaf. The leaf gives it lots of crunch.

213.4 lbs. Weight loss has been slow but steady and I'm ok with that. For this to be permanent change and way of life, that's best anyway, to my way of thinking. And enjoying it really, losing weight AND I get to eat a piece of pie every night! I look forward to it and knowing there will be a healthy treat later helps to avoid temptations during the day. I tweaked the recipe some and this morning made a chocolate peanut butter avocado pie.

Weight loss this week has been slooooowwww despite staying pretty close to eating targets. Hopefully I can carve out some kind of loss for the week tomorrow morning. I think there's been a birthday celebration for someone every day this week; I've been strong and have avoided eating cake...today's offering is red velvet with cream cheese icing so I'm steering clear of the break room!
Tonight I'll be attending a meeting with a pot-luck type meal. I roasted a pork shoulder yesterday and will bring it, just stick to eating that and a few raw veggies and I'll be ok.
