219.8 lbs. It's been a good week, stuck to plan and got in a lot of activity/exercise. I'd like the weight to come off more quickly but also know that gradual loss is healthier and will help keep as much muscle mass as possible. Patience grasshopper! Have a great weekend.

Losing 0.5 kg a Week

Down about half a pound this morning, but still a little above where I was on Saturday. It's short term weight and I have been very much on track with everything so no worries at all. Most important is that I feel great, much better than a month ago. Most days I am able to walk during lunch hour, when I can get outside it's over hilly terrain and I push myself to go as quickly as I can. I can feel I'm hitting my stride, it just feels good, hard to explain it.

Weight was 222.2 lbs this morning, up about a pound from Saturday's weigh-in. Calories/macros have been good, I'm sure I'm at a decent calorie deficit. Lots of fiber going in and not much coming out, so I'm taking a couple magnesium citrate capsules and hoping for a "moving" experience in the near future! It was a wonderful 60 degrees yesterday and supposed to be a little warmer today which is a welcome change from the frigid temps. Gives me the opportunity to get outside on my lunch for a fast paced walk over hilly terrain. Got in over 20K steps yesterday.

221.8 lbs this morning, .4 down from yesterday. I got a good workout on the bike yesterday evening, tonight is strength training if I can get it in. We're watching our 2 year old grandson, he'll be spending the night, so I probably won't have time until he goes to bed.
