222.2 lbs. I'm happy with that. Yesterday's dinner was a generous portion of whole wheat pasta with meat sauce and vegetables, filling and delicious, and still ended the day within calorie target. It feels good to be back on track after floundering around for so long.

Going back and looking at my food journals from a couple years ago, I've come up with daily macro targets. My plan is flexible dieting, avoiding most processed foods and processed/refined carbs and sugars. It worked very well for me in the past and is mostly what I did to lose the 90 lbs. I'll see how it works over the next couple weeks and adjust if needed. Here are the targets:
Calories: 1600-1700
Protein: 110 grams
Fat: 70-80 grams
Carbs: 115 grams
Fiber: 25 grams

223.4 lbs. Going to make Bill's (Draglist) almond flour waffles for lunch today. Slow cooked pork carnitas for dinner. Enjoy and make the most of the day!

223.8 lbs. A little bump up after the show and buffet last night. I stuck with smart food choices and avoided the sugars/carbs, so I will call it a success.
I need to get back to strength/resistance training a couple times a week, and cardio 3 days a week which is important since I have heart disease. I have the equipment in my basement to do it at home, just haven't done it for a while. Starting today that changes.

223.4 lbs. I think I'll weigh in daily for a while. It'll be an incentive to keep on track and be accountable. Will be going to a dinner theater tonight with my wife and some friends. It's a buffet meal so it'll be important to make wise choices. i plan on having a salad, a reasonable amount of meat/protein and low carb veggies, no bread or carb heavy stuff, no dessert, and a glass or two of red wine.
