Ok so I started contrave today. I’m stuck at 219 and I’m sick of being overweight, tired, and miserable! I developed plantar fasciitis and heel spurs from overdoing the walks got frustrated with the pain and stopped. I’m starting over again! Here we go! Gotta get this done!

Worked out of town all week last week. I was able to maintain the diet for the most part with healthy selections from restaurant menus. I still managed to drop 2 more lbs without the work outs. I’m back to my nightly walks and aerobics tonight. Not going to give in or give up!
