Mini Quiches aux Lardons sans Pâte

Sympa pour l'apéro ou en entrée.

Directions

  1. Chauffer le four à 200°C. Graisser les moules à muffins et mettre un petit cercle de papier sulfurisé au fond des moules.
  2. Dans un bol, bien mélanger les oeufs, la crème fraîche et la crème liquide Ajouter la farine, bien mélanger.
  3. Ajouter le fromage et les allumettes. Ajouter le sel de céleri et des herbes de provence; (ou tout autre épices/herbes de votre choix).
  4. Cuire à four chaud 20-25 minutes.
