Para añadir a tus licuados de frutas por la mañana, al jugo o a la fruta. Buenísimo para bajar la pancita y mitigar el hambre mañanera.

  1. Muele todo en la licuadora. Hazlo por partes para que no se te queme el motor.
  2. Agrega 3 cucharadas soperas (o 18 g.) a tus licuados, fruta o jugos.

cuanto dura sin que se heche a perder? porque cuando licuas granos los acidos grasos salen y duran menos los alimentos. Saludos
