Directions

  1. 混合所有成分。 保存 25g 赤藓糖醇以备后用。 揉面团20分钟。
  2. 将面团分成四等份,发酵15分钟。
  3. 把面团卷起来,让它再发酵40分钟,然后做成百吉饼。
  4. 将水与剩余的赤藓糖醇一起加入锅中。 把它烧开,加入百吉饼,每边煮30秒。
  5. 将煮熟的百吉饼放入烤盘,放入预热好的烤箱200度烤15-20分钟。
