Tarta de Atún

Tarta de atún, muy rica y muy fácil de hacer.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Picar y rehogar la cebolla en un wok profunda hasta dorarla.
  2. Licuar el Tomate sin piel y agregar en el wok.
  3. Agregar la sal y el ajo, cocinar todo unos 15 minutos a fuego moderado.
  4. Apagar el fuego y agregar el atún escurrido.
  5. Agregar un huevo y mezclar, dejar enfriar unos 30 min.
  6. Estirar la masa en una tartera, colocar el relleno y cocinar a fuego moderado en el horno durante unos 20 min.
