一道家常湯品,內含五種以上營養元素,簡單製作又好喝。

Directions

  1. 洋蔥切丁,入鍋炒香,炒香後加水煮滾,適量鹽巴。
  2. 香菇、杏鮑菇切片和海帶芽一起放入鍋煮。
  3. 高麗菜切塊,入鍋煮。
  4. 菇、菜熟了之後加入一顆雞蛋,雞蛋也熟了後就可以起鍋。
