Spinaziesoep

Heerlijke en voedzame soep, ideaal voor bij koud weer.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Spoel af en snijd de komkommer, courgette, spinazie en venkel in stukjes.
  2. Verhit de olijfolie in een grote pan. Stoof de ui tot hij glazig is.
  3. Voeg de rest van de groenten toe en laat sudderen.
  4. Bedek de groenten met water, voeg peper en de bouillonblokjes toe. Breng aan de kook en laat 20 minuten sudderen.
  5. Mix de soep met een staafmixer en je bent klaar!
