Directions
- Batir claras hasta punto nieve.
- Mezclar ingredientes secos por un lado, y los húmedos por otro (Hacer pure de banana).
- Mezclar secos con húmedos y agregas en forma envolvente las claras a punto nieve.
- Rellenar moldes para muffins.
- Hornear a una temperatura medio baja por 15'.
- Enfriar y comer.
