went out for lunch with hubby yesterday and had a curry chicken salad. Had the dressing on the side, no bread and I still gained half a pound. well I ran up the hill today, so we will see if I lose it in the morning. Fingers crossed. : )
88.7 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 25.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hey there! I see you are blowing thru the 190's! That's awesome! What do you think kicked your metabolism in gear? How are your sisters and Alma? I am gonna send out an email today. I stayed up all night and I do mean ALL nite...busy (work type busy-LOL)! Don't forget to pick 100% if you are following the protocol to the T (as opposed to reasonably well). You know YOU HAVE been sticking to it! Congratz!
