I started gaining weight once I hit my plateau at 195. I went up to 208 and I am now down to 203. My weight is fluctuating so bad, I have no idea what is going on. I stopped the HCG and I am now drinking supplement shakes twice a day (when I have the mix) walking about 5 -6 miles a week and weights 3x a week. All I can show for it is five measley pounds!! This SUCKS!!! What happened to my metabolism!!!!
