I went up a pound and a half. I only went up .1% body fat though, so I think most of the gain was muscle.

Still working out. I started a new program I found on bodybuilding.com. I think I can see myself losing fat (slowly but surely), although the scale doesn't reflect it too much (down .1%). Keeping my head up though. It's about how I look and feel. Not about the numbers.

That makes about 6 lbs since last Saturday. I'm pretty good with that! I've also lost 1.5% body fat since Saturday.

Feeling pretty good about this. I wasn't going to weigh myself until Saturday, but I couldn't resist. I have also lost 1.1% in body fat since Saturday.

Losing 2.3 kg a Week

Okay, I'm done with this week. I'm struggling to keep my head in the game. Saturday night I sprained my ankle and I'm not sure how. I worked out yesterday and it is feeling better today. Not 100%, but better. As if this weren't enough, I start to get a gout inflammation in the same foot this morning. I'm struggling to walk and as much as it saddens me, I have to skip my workout tonight to go see the doctor and get this taken care of.
I'm sticking with my diet, but it doesn't feel like that does anything. I've read that dieting is 80% of weight loss, but it just feels like I'm eating. When I'm working out, I feel as if I'm actually working for something. I'm just having a really hard week because of my lack of normal movements. I'm hopeful that the doctor can prescribe the normal meds and I'll be ready to go to the gym in a day or two.
