(18th week) I need to stay committed to keep this going! I'm tired of being in the 290s for like the longest time ever! I'm the only one stopping myself from greatness!

I'm motivated but not completely committed like I know I should be cause I know I can lose it fast if I stick to my plan but I think I know why I'm not committing to this cause I fear the after look of loose skin.... I know that's silly & I'll get over it cause no matter what I need to lose this weight not just for my self but for my daughters & husband! (my husband loves me no matter the size)😊 I just want to be healthy for myself & them.
