Is it just me or do you notice a difference between when you work out plus eat healthy & just eating healthy only/just working out only? Cause I took a week off of working out & I lost but now that I've been working out again I've gained/maintain? I know it could be muscle gain but still. 🤔

(4th week) 😒 I need to change something up cause what I was doing the 1st 2 weeks was working now it doesn't seem to be working...i see changes but not on the scale.
