(8th week) still doing the yo-yo effect... 😑 not as bad as I thought though with me not recording my food intake this past week. I'm hoping I can at least get out of the 290s here soon!

I have been feeling so off this past week! 😒 I'm not really recording my food intake, not that I'm making horrible choices but still not great either especially since I stopped pop in January & I've been taking sips from my husband's pop...stopped working out since I got this new puppy ugh maybe it's stress! 😑 not looking forward to my weigh in on Friday.... what does everyone else do when they feel off?

Oh man, what did I get my self into!? 😴 my husband gave me a choice a treadmill or a puppy & I choosed puppy! So along with running after a 2 year old & a 1 year old I notice I haven't been eating for the past 2 days really (less then 500 calories) cause I'm so busy with this puppy & my daughter's. hopefully I can get this puppy housebroken/kennel trained fast to get back on schedule lol

(6th week) 😑 I'm not getting discouraged just kind of disappointed that I keep doing the yo-yo effect & can't seem to find a way to just keep it off...well its a new week and ill just change a few things up again, got to keep moving forward! 😊
