I have no excuse. I had a cold for 2 weeks that kept me out of the gym. One day back to the gym and then out for another week with back and chest pain left over from the virus. Feeling apathetic to eating and exercising. Not sure what to do. Not been following Atkins.

I'm drinking more water and eating more vegetables. I'm eating less meat and cheese. I'm trying to find a way to moderate in the Naples, Italy food and wine environment!

Currently vacationing in Bavaria eating meats and potatoes and drinking beer. Walked all over some castles and grounds yesterday. The restaurant portions are very generous, easily too much for one person. And we have not been drinking near enough water as it is much cooler here. Will weigh in when we get back to Naples.
