Its happening and I hate it...I am not logging I am not journaling and I know that this is what keeps me on the right track and I am letting myself slip. Yes I had a larger loss this week but I am calling it a fluke because I did not follow the program...log journal...log journal...Going to beat it into my head....

I have not been in charge the last week....fall out of routine and all hell breaks loose. I am back on it now...gaining a pound is not ok with me and I have to get back on track...no more ice cream and chicken buffalo dip...I have a goal and I will meet it!!

Things are going well....still losing and making better decisions about how I am choosing to live my life and take care of my body... I am down over 20 lbs since I began this journey and it has been "easy". I use that term loosely...lifestyle changes aren't easy, however that being said I have travelled this road many times...and I have fallen into the ditch just as many. Compared to times in the past it feels easy and I truly believe this is a sign that I was 100% ready this time. I am not fighting with myself...there are no conflicting commentaries going on in my head...every part of me finally wants the same thing...a happier, healthier me!
Side note: 27 pounds to my initial goal...I am almost half way there.....it feels soooo good to be in charge...
