因為前兩週的腸胃炎所賜體重從48.5降至45.3,恢復正常飲食後控制在46.5,體重維持在48時體脂竟然高達29%,好長一段時間飲食都是採隨性盡量少糖少油底碳為原則,年紀越大不可否認代謝沒那樣好體脂自然降不下來,最近開始增加運動量從不做有氧,也開始接觸中強度的hiit每日至少10-15分鐘,加上一週至少三天的重訓看看體脂是否降快些。

晚餐吃大雜燴概念,想吃的食材全部丟入鍋中加韓式辣椒醬+辣椒粉加水煮滾數分,賣相不佳但有足夠的蛋白質48g,熱量580卡。
