My willpower to maintain recording and maintain well.. everything seems to be very poor. Although outside stress doesn't help.
Back on track for now, going to try and do this one all the way to the end this time. Tired of looking in the mirror and being unhappy.

Having a bit of a stress out over this whole attempt at weight loss thing.
To be fair I have dropped plenty form when I first decided that I was too heavy. Back in November I was about 144lbs and I'm not at 131lbs or something along those lines so it is still progress.
Trying to hit about 110lbs and figure out a way to maintain a good bmi/body fat level also.
I think I'm going to hold off on recording my daily exercise and only record the foods I eat. I am getting lost in trying to remember to track everything and that leads to me not using the tracker and I tend to get nowhere when I don't
Going to just use the food side only. Also that way it makes me stay below a certain amount of calories whether I exercise or not so we will see how that goes... Although if it has been a particularly trying day then I might have a little extra so that I don't fall below a healthy amount of calories but again we will see. It is easier for me to adjust and monitor my food intake than it is for me to monitor my exercise and such.
May or may not throw something of exercise on there but not going to stress over it. Lot of other things stressing me out in life also right now so just gonna try something that might make me more likely to maintain this trend.

Already starting off on a terrible foot. Didn't sleep at all Saturday night so was going off 24hrs of being awake, then couldn't sleep last night. Fell asleep early this morning and I am now getting up way in the afternoon. Ugh.
This is throwing off my planned daily schedule so severely. Missed my workout time, my breakfast time, everything.... Oh well. I have nothing to do today I'll just do those things now quick fast and in a hurry... Except breakfast... I have no food in my place until the first.
Need to find some way to help me sleep at nights
