Barely followed the plan this past week. I am surprised to see that I went down a little bit instead of gaining back a chunk. I think I am starting to get bored of the foods I have and am making. I need to find a way to sort of mix it up every week or other week while keeping things low calorie and/or low carb so that I don't find myself not wanting the food that I have.

I'm almost completely broken from soda and juice. I hardly ever crave soda anymore but the juice is still hanging on a little but the cravings aren't so bad that I can't ignore them. Getting really used to drinking water all day and it is actually kind of nice. Miss having some wine though so probably going to use my "free day" to enjoy a glass or two heh. As for beer I've never been a huge fan. I'll drink it if it's there but it was never very high on my priority list so meh, I don't really miss it much. And I'm sure every so often a beer or two wouldn't hurt either but I'm going to hold off until I reach my goal for that.

Also, not going to track BMI and BodyFat anymore after today. They do nothing for my motivation anyway. I will however continue to track my measurements but perhaps I'll do it every other week or just when I think I've lost a significant amount over a period cause those aren't changing much either.

PROGRESS!!!!

Body Fat: 33.8%
BMI: 24.9

Been doing my hardest to follow this one particular diet. It is incredibly restrictive so I cannot have a lot of the foods I love but it is still very tasty so I don't feel like I'm missing out. Excellent work with it too, I was at 127 last week and I've gone down almost 3.5lbs as of today. This is fantastic. And the best part is this is while having a little slice of cake a few days of that week. Chocolate cake, with whipped icing, mmmm :3
My body fat is still kind of high though but I will work on that.
The downfall is that my cravings for things have grown to incredibly crazy proportions.

I think I'm going to do that one day a week is my free day sort of thing that I have seen people mention here and there. It would help me to satisfy a craving and I will of course make sure I don't overeat whatever it is either.
Ugh, persistence is key.

It will also be key to find a good balance after I've reached my goal so I can maintain the weight. Don't want to shoot back up. Those yo yo effects are never good for you.

Following this rather restrictive diet of mine where I only have 3-4oz of meat with like 2 cups of some veggies and one fruit for lunch and then repeat for dinner but vary the meat, veggies, and fruits so it's not the same thing twice in a day.

Ugh this is really hard to do though. All of my cravings are back and slapping me in the face.
I want fries, I want sushi, I want a burger, I want a big juicy steak!
Oh lordy lordy. I'm hoping I'm not limiting myself to too few calories since that will only be counter productive.

Man what I wouldn't do for some sushi right now.

Anyway, once the weight goal has been reached and a good workout regime has been decided upon then I will gradually start lifting this restriction of mine. That way I will be able to enjoy some of the things I used to again but of course, in moderation.
Oh willpower, if there were ever a time for you to be tested, now is it for sure.

Debating on doing DDR, Zumba, or P90 for my workout regime along with going to the pool every day or every other day. Need to invest in some more sunblock...
Also need to start riding my bike again so that way it isn't sitting in my apartment like some ugly decoration. Although I do need to find and purchase a smaller one that would fit me better... This one is too tall >.<
Or I'll sell this one and get a recumbent bike... Not sure. How the hell would you hook one of those to bike racks lol.
